1. They do accept most kinds of insurance. You'd have to give them a call to see if they accept yours.
2. They do accept a lot of insurnaces--and Aetna is a major one, so I think they would. You should call your insurance and ask as opposed to calling planned parenthood though, because sometimes the providers can be wrong about what insurances they take (I don't know how that happens lol, but it does).
3. Aetna is good insurance. I would go to them first.
