i need health insurance i live in texas, but i can not afford it, i was on medicade when i had my baby?

when i had my baby i found out that i had a bad gall bladder and now medicade won't cover me no more since i am not pregant and i went to the doctor and they said i had to have my gallbladder out but i dont got money for a suregry or the health insurance what can i get on is their any free health insurances from the government that i dont know of?
