Where can I get free(or VERY cheap) health insurance in Texas?

I'm a minor, and I'm currently uninsured because my father (through whom I was getting insurance) was layed off from his job a few weeks ago. Recently I've gotten a bad cough, I have run out of contacts, and have developed a group of symptoms that point to polycystic ovary syndrome (which I NEED to get examined as soon as humanly possible to avoid further problems). My family CANNOT afford a medical bill. Help!!

1. Well the first thing i have to say to that is i would get the hell out of Texas. Its a rich people only state and they have no time for the poor. So good luck on finding that insurance!!
