Do India's international airports have thermal scanning facility to monitor oncoming/outgoing passengers?

to detect body temperature and quarantine them or put them under isolation and give proper medical care so as to prevent swine flu infection to spread in India?

1. it depends on which international airport you are going to... if you tell them, they will take you to a local hospital if they dont have one and check you up. But make sure to tell them.
