Scan Medical Insurance

Anyone familiar with the Cinergy Health Company ?

I'm considering signing on with the company, I have a pre-exsisting condition and have had a hard time getting health insurance. The cost is expensive and I want to be sure I'm getting some type of cost worthy coverage. Feed back would be great

1. It's not health insurance and if you end up in a hospital you could have REALLY big bills. However, if getting insurance is not an option than it's better than nothing...but not by much.
