IAB Health Insurance?

Also known as IMED. Is this worth the money? It will cost about $600 a month for two, but since my husband only has major medical from work ($10K deductible), we need a suppliment. I have bipolar and to my knowledge there aren't any mainstream health plans that would cover me. Has anyone had any experience with this company? Pros? Cons?
