Best dental and health insurance plans?

I'm shopping for affordable yet good dental and health insurance plans. I live in the SF Bay Area, California. Reccomendations? Thank you. Also, are there any dental insurance plans that covers cosmetic procedures such as veneers or orthodontics??

1. Self purchasing dental insurance is usually not advised. You will spend a fortune and the return is terrible. Cosmetic and ortho is most definitely out. You could pay for the procedure yourself and be ahead. Don't believe me....you will as you search. A better idea would be to use a finance company, like Care Credit and take short term small loans and do a little at a time. you will be way ahead financially...Good Luck
