im married and my wife is an illegal alien, is she still eligible to be covered under my medical insurance?

i have aetna which is provided by my employer.

2. probably not but if your an american citizen she can become one since she married you.It is not at all easy though. They are very strict because people get married just so they can become american citizen.
3. Perhaps you should ask an immigration lawyer this question. If you let the authorities know that your wife is an illegal alien, then they might decide to split up your family and deport her. A lawyer can tell you what the rules are without ratting on you and your wife to anyone in authority.
