Medical Insurance Blue Cross Blue shield?

I have Individual Blue plan 750 BlueCross Blue Shiled my service will not strat until the 1st of November (I just received the Insurance) Can I Upgrade to a better plan it costs more per month but I think it would be better for me. Will they penalize you or make you wait a certain amount of time. I think I want Plan 500 or 1000 instead of 750.

1. You'll need to call your agent to get it changed. Blue Cross will have to check underwriting again but if you've been approved already chances are they will approve a different plan as long as your health hasn't changed.
