I'm trying to get an idea of who are the big players in the medical insurance industry.

2. Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Principal Life. I worked in the health insurance industry for six years and the ones that we saw the most were the Blues-every state has their own branc of Blue Cross Blue Shield.
