1. First of all I was unaware that Delta was available to individuals. I'm familiar with only one plan that uses their network, but it's pretty expensive. Secondly Blue Cross is a differently company in almost every state, so which one are you talking about? I like Ameritas for dental insurance. It's available nationally.
