I'm trying to remember the name of a book about time travel to England.?

The book was set during the Plague. I think that it had the number 13 in the title but I could be wrong about that. There were archaeologists in the present day who were excavating plague remains. The heroine went through some sort of full body scan at an airport. This scan could tell if you were sick at all. I only remember bits and pieces of the plot.
