How to use the Medical transcription s/w Instant Text?

Hi.. I am not getting how to use the Instant Text software when typing medical reports. I can see the glossary below, but not able to drag the term itself inside the report. If anybody knows ..please let me know.. Thanks!

1. Perhaps you will have a better chance of getting an answer if you put this in the computer section.
2. I am not familiar with this software as I no longer do medical transcription, however, there is a medical transcription forum where you can probably find your answer.
