does any one know of a real good insurance company for health and dental, everything i find has a hugh deduct-?

looking for a good insurance company for dental and health care for unemployed son, but every one i see says that it has a 2500.00 to 5000.00 deductable, if i had that kind of money why would i need a insurance company ?? so i am looking at or for a real dental or health care plan that doesn't require hugh deductable like that prior to paying for the actual office or dental or health care issue's. so far , it's looking like it's just plain crazy to sign up for hugh deductables like that. why even bother or is that what they are actually trying to tell us with out actually saying that out right.?
