I lost my job and I need affordable health insurance,where can I get legitimate,inexpensive reliable coverage?

I have cobra now but cannot afford it any longer. I need coverage for myself and my domestic partner. I have a cardiac condition that is being evaluated. I know that a lot of the health insurance places are not necessarily legitimate or affordable. I also need prescription coverage as I have 4 regular prescriptions that I get filled monthly.
