Secret shopper and cheap health insurance?

I've two questions, 1. I want to be a secret shopper, what is a reliable website for it or source?How do u apply for this job?Do u need any training for that and from where can u get that? 2. I reside in Chicago and need a cheap health and dental plan? Anyone knows any? Thanks

4. Not sure about the secret shopper. As far as 2., have you looked into the MySimpleCard membership? They have a great network in Chicago, IL.
