The toxins are being distributed through EPA mandated fuels, and toxic concentration and shifts have been measured by EPA "Clean Air Programs" since 2000. Health data is being collected under HIPPA laws and corresponding state legislation, while the major US Medical Universities provide specific data. The biostatitician funding for these illegal epidemiology studies (experiments) are funded by funds from the National Institutes of Health. The Police, FBI and Department of Justice don't deny it's a crime or that it's going on, but all have claimed not to have jurisdiction. The resultant rises in healthcare, medical insurance, and pharmacuetical costs driven by the resultant increase in healthcare demand by this corporate collusion are ruining the American middle class. It's controlled by distribuition, exposure time and location to the ground. It's the genetic biotoxin experimentation we were warned about by bioethictists when deciphering the genome code. So whose job is it to stop it?
