is AETNA a good health insurance to get?

my benefits package came from work, it offers medical from Aetna is that a good health insurance provider? What about Guardian Plan ppo for Dental??

Many dental plans offer you better benefits if you stay in network. But you really need to know your benefits if you have a dentist out of network. Sometimes the price difference with dental is not worth changing a dental provider, but only you can determine how much you want to stick with a certain provider.
