How can I provide the following for a baby sitter?

Medical HMO and PPO plan offered. Plans from are Aetna, Kaiser. Dental DHMO and PPO plans from CIGNA Dental are offered to benefit eligible associates. Vision Vision Service Plan (VSP) is offered to all our eligible associates. Life & Accidental Death Insurance Basic Term life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage is issued at no cost. In addition, eligible associates are given an opportunity to purchase additional coverage. Supplemental Life & Accidental Death Insurance In addition to the coverage provide by the company, you may purchase an additional amount of Supplemental Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance for yourself and children. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Flexible Spending Accounts allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars for out-of-pocket health care expenses not covered by the medical plan and dependent care services for eligible children and other qualifying dependents. 401(k) Savings & Retirement Plan

  1. Try contacting your states health department, they can probably help you out in more detail. The only thing if you offer your baby sitter all that it's going to cost you an arm and a leg. Good luck finding good rates.

  3. I would assume your babysitter is actually more of a fulltime one, or a nanny if she will be recieving these benefits. Look into United American. They offer individual policies. You could pay for her coverage and then if and when she didn't work for you anymore she still owns the policy and could take over payments.
  4. Ask Cigna and other HMO/PPO's!
