Maxed out on my primary Dental insuance?

Hello, Maxed out on my primary Dental insuance with Metlife for the calender year 2008. I have to go in for teeth extraction immediately...is there secondary insurance which I can get with just monthly commitment? How do the dicounted dental plans work?
