Plese Help With Medical Question with Blue Cross?

If you are on disability, and your employer pays your insurance still can you be terminated by Blue Cross??? I have been offf for 6 months but will be back to work in 3 more months?? thanks

1. Different policies provide different features. You have to refer to your employer benefits package for that answer.
2. generally you can be on leave for 6 months and then the coverage would change over due to COBRA for up to 18 more months. this is very expensive since legally your employer can charge you 102% of the cost for the premium. and you can be charged upto 6 months premium in advance.
