what individual dental insurance is best? I just recently graduated college and I no longer have dental insurance through my parents insurance. Im in need of some dental insurance. My employer doesn't offer any insurance at all. Ive done some research and all I come up with is the Individual plans. I dont know what insurance would help me cover invisalign and teeth being pulled? Ive called about 10 places but they only give some type of discounts which only average %15. any help or useful information would be appreciated.

I am looking for individual dental insurance other than Aetna DMO. I live in Northern Virginia. Thanks!? I am so dissatisfied with the dentists on the Aetna DMO network in Northern Virginia. I have been to so many and each one tells me a different story about my teeth and what needs to be done. I know I have 2 cavities that need to be taken care of asap. I also know that I would need a crown for each of them. The dentists so far have said I need to do '6 root canals', and another dentist says that I have 'half a dozen cavities but no root canals. Today the same dentist tells me I have only 3 cavities and nothing else. Two crowns became 3 crowns within the span of 2 weeks etc... Either these dentists can't read the xrays or they want to rip off the patients. I was told my gums are sensitive and I would need to treat them first before my cavities. I have no bleeding, no pain or any such symptoms that would show sensitive gums. I feel so misled. I want to know how much it would cost for me to buy individual dental insurance. Also if you know a dentist who is genuine, pls let me know tx

Do you know of any good individual dental insurances with orthodontic coverage? My husband, son and I are currently under a dental insurance policy through his employer. We pay about $85 a month but it has no orthodontic discount at all. Are there any other companies that offer dental and orthodontic coverage? Are there any with no waiting periods? Individual Dental Insurance for NJ? I've been staring at dental insurance plans all day and finally it makes no sense anymore. I've enrolled in a discount plan but my dentist says I should get insurance for the procedures I'll be needing. I've only found one plan that seems to cover my area. Individual dental insurance? I'm 22 years old and I'm looking for dental insurance. I've called a few places that I could find that offer dental insurance and either I do not qualify because of my age or dental insurance isn't available for my state. I'm in the State of NY. I called AARP--- they only deal with senior citizens. I called Delta Dental and they don't serve NY. I called MVPHealthCare.com, I forgot their reason but I think it was the same as Excellus reason (they don't offer it individually, I must go through an employer). I can't go through an employer cause I'm self-employed. I turned to EHealthCare.com but I have a feeling they are a scam. They claim to be a broker for several comapnies. When I run a quick quote on their site, it comes up with "Bay Dental" as the insurer, but they HAVE NO INFORMATION about bay dental to give me. I wanted to research the insurer first but I couldn't cause they didn't give me any info about them. ehealthinsurance.com gave me dentemax.com and claim they are something to do with bay dental, then they told me bay dental is underwritten by a comapny called "Standard Security Life" and i can't find any company by that name. The only one I found was Standard Security Life of NY but they are a completely different company. There is a company called bay dental but it's in california and they are a dentist office. So, i'm completely lost. I'm eligible for bay dental pan thruogh ehealthinsurance.com but i'm scared to sign up because i don't know if bay dental plan is a true company or if ehealthinsurance.com is a complete scam. The weird thing is this. Ehealthinsurance.com said that I must pay them in full with a credit card for their bay dental plan or they can deduct it each month but i have to give them a bank account. They won't charge my credit card monthly for the plan. Instead they want my bank account # to charge it monthly. They will only use my credit card if i want to pay it in full. DO YOU KNOW anyone who offers dental insurance for the state of NY? I"m not looking for a dental plan where I'm limited to the company's dentist office. A dental insurance plan that will cover 100% of basic trips to the dentist office (check- up, cleaning, filling, etc.) I lost my job 8 months ago and have been without any insurance. What Dental Insurance Provides The Most Coverage and Is It Worth It? I am 25 and a Veteran of the Iraq War. Before I left for Iraq, I had dental insurance with my mom's work and I was getting a lot of work done. Half way through it I got called over seas to Iraq. Is it normal to have this much in dental expenses at 23? For 6 years I have been always trying to keep my teeth clean as possible. I have had a dental insurance that offered me 2000$ benefit per year and was under my parents. The coverage was 50%-80% of the procedure and each year I maxed out the insurance.
